Bucks ENT Associates is made up of a team of professionals dedicated to providing the best quality healthcare in a responsive and caring environment. Our otolaryngologists are all Board certified with years of experience in the profession. They work in concert with nurses and office staff who work hard to understand your health issues quickly and apply the appropriate treatment to get you back to your optimal health.

Benjamin S. Chack, DO

Dr. Benjamin S. Chack attended the University of Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1980. Following that Dr. Chack attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his medical training and residency at PCOM. He has been practicing Otolaryngology since 1989 in the Bucks County area.

Dr. Chack is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He also is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, and he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Chack serves as Chairman of the Division of Otolaryngology in the Aria HealthCare System, and Cancer Liaison Physician at the St. Mary Medical Center, in Langhorne, PA. He also is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Chack resides in Bucks County with his wife and two children.

John T. Gallagher, MD

Dr. John Gallagher attended Saint Joseph's University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1978. Following that, Dr. Gallagher attended Hahnemann University Medical School where he received his medical degree in 1982. He completed his Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgical training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital 1987 and has been practicing Otolaryngology since that time in the Bucks County area.

Dr. Gallagher is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, and a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the Bucks County Medical Society.

Dr. Gallagher has served as President of the medical staff and as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Saint Mary Medical in Langhorne Pennsylvania. He has been a member of the Board of Saint Mary Medical Center. He has been President of the Board and presently serves on the Board of the Bucks County Medical society. He is currently a Delegate to the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Dr. Gallagher resides in Bucks County with his wife and family.

Judith E. Gallagher-Braun, MD

Dr. Judith E. Gallagher-Braun completed her residency in otolaryngology at Pennsylvania State University's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She received her medical degree from The University of Medicine and Dentistry - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ and her bachelor's degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Gallagher-Braun is board certified from the American Board of Otolaryngology. She is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. Active in the community she works and resides in, Dr. Gallagher-Braun serves on the Patient Safety Committee at St. Mary Medical Center. She is an active member of the Bucks County Medical Society serving as President in 2003 and on the Board of Directors since 1999, In addition to local service, Dr. Gallagher-Braun serves as a Delegate to the Pennsylvania Medical Society where she is involved in shaping policy and advocacy for the state society.

Howard M. Hammer, DO

Dr. Howard M. Hammer is a native of Philadelphia and attended Northeast High School. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from The George Washington University. Prior to medical school, Dr. Hammer worked in the pharmaceutical industry in clinical research. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996 and completed his Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and facial plastic surgery training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. He has practiced in Bucks County since 2002.

Dr. Hammer is Board Certified in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and facial Plastic Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery and a member of the American Osteopathic College of Ophtalmology, Otolaryngolgy and Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Pennsylvania Osteopthic Medical Association and The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

Dr. Hammer is a board member and Vice President of The Ambulatory Surgery Center at St. Mary. He also serves on The Cancer Committee and Invasive Procedure Review Committee at St. Mary Medical Center. Dr. Hammer is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a Clinical Preceptor for students from PCOM and residents from Aria Health.

Dr. Hammer resides in Montgomery County with his wife and two children.

Jeffery M. Briglia, DO

Dr. Jeffrey M. Briglia attended Rutgers University, college of pharmacy and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and completed his residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Facial Plastics and reconstructive surgery in 1999.

Dr. Briglia is board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Briglia practiced general otolaryngology in Allentown, PA prior to joining Bucks ENT Associates in July, 2008.

Dr. Briglia resides in Bucks County with his wife and two children.

Ruth Milner, MACCC

Ruth M. Milner graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in 1974. After working in the education field for three years, Ms. Milner attended Temple University. In 1979 she received her Master of Arts degree in Audiology.

Ms. Milner is Board Certified in Audiology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a founding member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology and she holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Ms. Milner has served on several professional committees for the above organizations. Ms. Milner has published several research articles in both national and international journals and she has lectured on a variety of audiology topics in the United States, Israel and China. Her areas of expertise are diagnostic audiology and hearing aid fittings.

Ruth Milner resides in Montgomery County with her husband. She has two grown children.

David LaGatutta, MACCC, SLP/A

David LaGattuta graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton in 1996David received his Master's in Arts in  Audiology  from The College of New Jersey in 1998. He completed his Doctorate in Audiology during 2011 at  A.T. Still University. 

Mr. LaGattuta has his Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. He is a fellow of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology.  David started working at Bucks ENT during January of 2014.  He has been working for the Crozer-Keystone Health System at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and the Springfield Hospital for Dizziness and Balance since 1999. His areas of expertise include vestibular and balance assessment, pediatric assessment and tinnitus management. 

David grew up in Queens, New York and has been living in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area since 1999.
